Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue guidance
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless event execution
- Report operational issues and inventory needs
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to downtown Houston venues
- Flexible schedule with no weekday obligations
