Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Coordinate vendor setup and breakdown logistics
- Execute venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with audiovisual equipment troubleshooting
- Provide concierge services to distinguished attendees
- Manage event inventory and supply chain logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
Qualifications
- Available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
- Must pass background screening
