Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend pop-up events and festivals in Seattle's key districts
- Manage vendor relations and on-site logistics for 15-50 attendee events
- Execute promotional activities and social media engagement during events
- Ensure compliance with city permits and safety protocols
- Train and supervise weekend volunteer staff (5-10 people)
- Conduct post-event analysis and client reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 10am-6pm)
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods
