Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend operations
- Manage facility operations including equipment checkouts and safety protocols
- Assist with community event coordination and participant engagement
- Maintain clean, organized spaces following health and safety standards
- Process registrations and payments using our digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support program implementation and participant needs during peak hours
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM-10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
