Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting requests efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
