Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex account inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to provide feedback on common user pain points.
- Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Conduct weekend training sessions and onboarding for new support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, including some holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
