Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily tasks with precision to maintain seamless workflow during the evening shift.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage incoming shipments, and organize merchandise to maximize sales.
- Transaction Management: Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and securely.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate effectively with evening supervisors and peers to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Integrity: High level of honesty and reliability regarding cash handling and company property.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
