Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot client concerns with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
