Responsibilities
- Provide in-person customer support and product demonstrations during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized checkout stations
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with evening staff to maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Availability to work 4 PM - 10 PM, 3-4 days weekly including weekends
