Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the floor manager when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with evening staff to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Store Maintenance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a proven track record of attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS software quickly.
