Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage incoming service requests with efficiency and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Assist with event setup and evening facility operations
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
