Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a professional, empathetic tone in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
