Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve complex technical issues and account questions with a focus on rapid, empathetic solutions.
- Document detailed case notes and feedback in our CRM systems to improve service protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity across time zones.
- Identify and document product bugs or feature requests based on customer feedback.
- Maintain a professional, positive demeanor while managing difficult customer situations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
