Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone customer service to community members

- Process registrations and payments accurately using our digital systems
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and weekend program coordination
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming facilities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns
- Support community outreach initiatives during weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
