Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Manage inventory levels and stock organization during weekend shifts.
- Document customer feedback and report technical issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
