Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, including shelf replenishment and price checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to maintain consistent store standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis location.
