Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in-store before opening hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Manage inventory counts and stock levels using our remote inventory system
- Collaborate with store managers via remote communication tools for restocking priorities
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation remotely
- Train on new inventory management software through virtual sessions
- Support weekend stocking rotations as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in retail stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with remote data entry accuracy
