Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise onto shelves and racks according to company standards.
- Organization: Rotate stock to ensure the oldest inventory is sold first (FIFO) and maintain a neat, organized appearance.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team promptly.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in locating items and answering general inquiries.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous stocking or retail experience is a plus but not required.
