Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients visiting our Manhattan location.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation in the New York City area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
