Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and processing transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic data entry.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
