Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center setting is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a weekly basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
