Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required for this role.
