Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
