Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with patience and professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately, ensuring all financial records are maintained according to company policy.
- Assist customers with product selection, information, and returns in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Uphold and enforce company brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations and knowledge transfer.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the team leader to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, POS (Point of Sale) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic, with a specific focus on weekend availability.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20lbs) as required by the role.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
