Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and digital payments.
- Assist with product merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual display maintenance.
- Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks.
