Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend events including festivals, markets, and community gatherings
- Manage volunteer teams and ensure smooth operations during high-traffic periods
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional visitor experiences
- Maintain event spaces, equipment, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with full-time staff on event planning and logistics
- Track attendance and prepare post-event reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Customer service or event coordination experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for equipment transport)
