Responsibilities
- Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism

- Participate in quarterly community feedback sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or community outreach experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
