Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload freight from trailers and delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper handling.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
