Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through systematic receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Lead team coordination during high-volume shipping/receiving operations
- Maintain impeccable warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Implement lean practices to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience with valid certification
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
