Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory while maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using dock doors and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in inventory counts and order processing.
- Equipment Certification: Possession of a valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
