Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in periodic stock counts.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move products.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring freight is secured and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Equipment: Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already held.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
