Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts, stock organization, and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items accurately and packing them securely for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Equipment Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
