Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and perform manual picking, packing, and palletizing of merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners (RF guns) and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders are packed according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery to the shipping department.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment center operations is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- License: A valid driver's license is a plus.
