Job Overview
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure our products are accurately stored, picked, packed, and shipped to our customers on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory levels and workflow.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
