Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and processing documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
