Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move stock with precision.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
