Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all orders meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining organized storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, moving materials between storage and shipping zones efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
