Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
