Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, ensuring only quality products reach our customers.
- Load & Unload:** Load and unload trailers in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and shipping tasks.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but not required; training provided.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Safety Conscious: Must adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
