Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (we provide full training).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer terminals or handheld devices.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability in a previous work history.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
