Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided on-site).
- Organize, stack, and label merchandise to ensure efficient inventory retrieval.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
