Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely within OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
