Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against bills of lading.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding order priorities and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
