Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries about our services.
- Handle cash handling, returns, and exchanges with high attention to detail and security.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock during quiet periods.
- Ensure adherence to store safety and security protocols during evening hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
