Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain high store cleanliness standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, tidy, and visually appealing to customers.
- Handle cash handling and register operations securely and in compliance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a retail register.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
