Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entry to the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and unpacking shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
