Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing transactions accurately at the register.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and uniform guidelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
