Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent (current high school students are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld scanners.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
