Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions with precision.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are current.
- Perform nightly inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and secure during closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
