Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection and checkout processes.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are clean, accessible, and properly priced.
- Inventory Control: Assist in conducting regular stock counts, processing returns, and managing inventory accuracy during busy weekends.
- Store Operations: Support daily operational tasks including store cleaning, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily goals and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent weekly basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to adhere to a consistent schedule.
